The Challenge

We collaborated at an early stage and simplified the establishment and its system solution. Ecopilot® was installed during the construction process.

The Results

A simplification of the establishment and its installed systems resulted in lower energy consumption and reduced installation and maintenance costs. In addition, a higher level of comfort was attained for those who spend time in the premises. Ecopilot® now utilises the building’s thermal inertia to prevent stepping on the gas and breaking unnecessarily. The property is LEED Gold certified.
